Jenna Seigel is a corporate lawyer (Co-Managing Partner of CAS) and she works with businesses of all shapes and sizes throughout the full business life cycle as they navigate complicated issues to meet their goals.
She has a passion for understanding people and all things business transactions — general counsel, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities matters, drafting and negotiation of corporate, commercial and finance- related agreements, corporate governance, venture capital and private equity, business formation and structuring, commercial and asset- based lending, banking and financial institutions, compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations, and periodic securities reporting and compliance for public and private companies.
