As an insurance enthusiast with rebel tendencies and a streak of curiosity, she knows how the the P&C insurance world operates but isn’t shy about asking how we can do things better.
After a prolific 20 year career, she made the leap to found Global Recruiters of Denver to shake up insurance recruiting and THANK GOODNESS she did!
Her relationship-based approach is refreshing as she helps mid-size insurance companies in growth mode to hire their next, best, permanent employee, so they can scale operations, develop leadership capacity, and build world-class cultures. And have fun doing it with her trademark finesse.
Jessica’s journey includes a profound breadth and depth of experience in executive, management, and leadership roles in real property, insurance, and financial services.
She’s adjusted fire losses, built out a licensing and compliance team, served as a high-value property underwriter, grew SaaS InsurTech agency from the ground up, spearheaded business development efforts in carrier and agency channels, trained producers, managed large national accounts, and challenged the status quo at an early-stage builder PropTech.
After living, breathing, and thriving within the corporate world, she realized that it was her interpersonal skills that helped her adapt along the way. She’s just as passionate about street tacos and vintage Volkswagens as she is about how to shape a positive professional transition within your organization. From CSRs to the C-Suite, she knows how to connect in a meaningful way.
